CLAWA Animal Rescue’s mission
has remained steadfast and true:
To rescue, care for and rehabilitate the abandoned, homeless and owner surrendered dogs found in our animal shelters and AC systems, ultimately finding their furever homes
About us ~
From advocacy and training to rescue, the team of CLAWA Animal Rescue has been involved in animal welfare for many years.
The founders, originally part of Colorado Liaison for Animal Welfare Alliance, a small advocacy organization active in ending “BSL“ - Breed Specific Legislation - in Colorado, eventually went on to form the CLAWA Animal Rescue of today: a full, foster based, hands-on animal rescue.
We currently partner with several local, rural AC's as well as the larger animal shelters with high euthanasia rates
